ProZone™ is the first programmable Bonnell innerspring system, produced exclusively on advanced, computer-controlled technology developed by Leggett & Platt. This high speed machinery is specially automated to produce coils of various diameters in specified zones.
Changes in coil geometry during manufacture make this programmable Bonnell system unique, coils are produced in narrow diameter (firm) to wide diameter (soft) for increased or decreased firmness.
The inherent geometry characteristics of ProZone Bonnell coils, combined with Leggett and Platt’s advanced production technology, allows creation of zoned Bonnell innerspring units in multiple configuration options!
